Because each Soul Activation is personalized and created specifically for the individual, all sales are final once creation has begun.
Refunds will not be provided based on a change of mind, personal preference, disagreement with an interpretation, or because a particular insight, symbol, color, archetype, or other personalized element does not personally resonate with the recipient.
By purchasing, you understand that Starfire Origins offers a symbolic and interpretive experience. Individual responses to astrological, numerological, Human Design, archetypal, and energetic content will naturally vary.

If you discover an error before creation has begun, please contact Starfire Origins as soon as possible. We will update the information whenever reasonably possible.
If incorrect information was submitted and creation has already begun, changes may require an additional fee depending on how much of the Soul Activation must be recalculated or recreated.
If Starfire Origins makes a factual, calculation, data-entry, or production error, we will correct the affected portion at no additional charge.

Correction requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and should clearly identify the suspected error.
After review, we will correct any verified error made during the creation or delivery of your Soul Activation.
A redo is different from a correction.
A redo means requesting a new interpretation, design, symbolic direction, or creative outcome when the original Soul Activation was created correctly using the information provided and included the content described in the purchased tier.
Because Soul Activations are deeply personalized, subjective preferences do NOT qualify for a free redo.

When possible, Starfire Origins may offer a paid revision or redo. Availability and pricing will depend on the amount of additional work required.
If you request cancellation before creation of your personalized Soul Activation has begun, please contact Starfire Origins as soon as possible. A refund may be approved if creation has not yet begun.
Once creation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because time and work have already been dedicated specifically to your personalized Soul Activation.
Each Soul Activation is created with care and intention. All tiers are digitally delivered within a few days of purchase.
If you do not receive your Soul Activation or experience a technical problem accessing the delivered file, please contact Starfire Origins. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or redeliver the purchased product.
